Tooting Bec Housing Services grew out of the long established Tooting Bec Housing Co-operative and now provides housing management and maintenance services to a consortium of housing co-ops in the area, including;

Gateway Housing Co-op*
Tooting Bec Housing Co-op
Anerley Housing Co-op
Wandsworth Community Housing Co-op*
*These Co-op’s have since merged with Tooting Bec Housing
Our Co-operatives previously had difficulty recruiting and retaining their own staff and were often dissatisfied with the remote services provided by larger organisations.
Tooting Bec Housing provides comprehensive management & maintenance services for all the Co-ops currently in the consortium, but a package of services can be tailored to meet any Co-op’s requirements.
