Rosie is the first point of contact for anyone calling the Co-op’s office and manages both the office and all day-to-day enquiries.

With 10 years’ experience at Tooting, Rosie deals with all aspects of customer service, including:

  • Rent accounting
  • Arrears recovery
  • Routine repairs
  • Organising allocation and re-letting of void property.
